The NSDAA just learned that Dorothy Ann Smith, a '39 NSD graduate, passed away Thursday, December 17 ...

Smith, Dorothy Ann, Aug 31, 1918 - Dec 17, 2009, of Omaha. Preceded in death by parents, James and Anna; brother Philip; sister Margaret Smith. Survived by cousins: Judy McDonald, Carol Bromgard, Joe McPherson, Joan Fitzgerald, Pat Augustyn, Carol Van Aernam, Sandy Sauser, Shelly Grout, Phyllis Munsterman, John S. Williams, Gary Miller, Patty Kroloff; special friends: Stephanie Winter, Lisa Warner, Shady Staton, Dawn Canning, Christina Haldeman; friends of the Omaha Association of the Deaf; and Staff at the Bickford Cottage. Dorothy Ann Smith graduated (1939) from the Nebraska School of the Deaf.

VIGIL SERVICE Monday, 6pm, West Center Chapel. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Tuesday, 10am, Holy Cross Catholic Church. Interment, Calvary. VISITATION from 4pm Monday at the West Center Chapel.

Memorials are suggested to Holy Cross Catholic Church.
